The challenge

Present the region’s creative industries on one screen so that people stop, play with it and browse the topics themselves.

What Awake! delivered

Orbbec Femto depth cameras, the successor of Azure Kinect, track the visitor’s hands: swipe left and right, press in the air. When nobody is in front of the screen, animated previews of each topic change every 10–15 seconds; as soon as a person steps in, the interface follows their movements. Effects include a particle silhouette built from the depth image.

Outcome

The zone worked at the Eastern Economic Forum 2026.
