The visitor chooses a ship on a tablet, a large robotic arm picks up its model, and the story of the vessel unfolds on three screens.

The challenge
Show the shipyard’s vessels so that the visitor literally gets the ship into their hands.
What Awake! delivered
Awake! built the tablet and screen software; the robot arm and the models were made by a partner team with its own control server. The tablet sends the choice to the robot, the arm picks the model, and the three screens switch to the chosen ship in sync with the movement. A settings switch lets the stand run without the arm while it is serviced.
Outcome
The stand works with the arm and keeps running during maintenance.
